Directions to the Unit: Google maps or Apple maps should get you close - but you will need these instructions to find the unit.
Parking: The parking spot for 101 is to your left as you enter the garage (closest spot to the
grey double doors which is the entrance to the condo entrance).
PRO TIP: The garage is heated - and the parking spot is super close to the condo and right on the way to the mountain. Therefore, we suggest out ski/boarding guests leave their gear (boots, boards, outerwear, etc...) in their vehicle overnight and get suited up at your car in the morning / drop off when returning. This will keep you from overheating and provide a central place to keep you stuff so it does not get mixed up. If your boots or gloves are particularly wet you may want to bring them into the unit over night...
NOTE ABOUT PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE:
Extra parking: You can also park outside along the length of the building on Harris. Please put a parking pass on the dash of your car. There should be one on the kitchen counter - if not, please just hand write one on a piece of paper - that you are staying in LONGBRANCH UNIT 101.

The front door to the unit is in the corner of the building and a little dark. WE have installed a new battery powered light which should provide enough light - but we are not there to charge it so it might be dim.
Therefore, have your phone flashlight ready so you can shine it on the keypad.

· Hearthstone: One of Stacy’s favorites for happy hour (4-6) and appetizers. They also
have a civilized sit down meal. If you are just a “couple” going out for a romantic meal –
I might suggest snagging the seat in the bar area on the second floor - that overlooks
the town – just to the left of the large 6 or 8 top round table. You can’t beat the view.

· Blue River Bistro: Blue River Bistro: Great happy hour, very good food – and
often a live jazz band. We love their blue cheese escargot accompanied by a

· Relish: This is on the square in Breckenridge. Definitely one of our fave’s. It does

· Modis: We keep meaning to try this – but have not gotten around to it. From passing it

· South Ridge Street Seafood Grill: A little off the beaten path. It is quintessential
Breckenridge - quirky. The food is fantastic and the service is OK. However, it has an
active bar area that can make the entire restaurant noisy. Just to the south of
Hearthstone - and on the other side of Ridge Street. Excellent (FRESH) sea food

· Kenosha Steak House: It has a deck that overlooks the Blue River, etc... Great for

Simple rules:
- There is no smoking in the unit - or public area's
- No pets
- Quiet time in this complex between 10pm and 9am

- If you took 1-70 up, you will have gone through Frisco.
- Eventually you will be at the roundabout at the entrance to the Town of Breckenridge.
- Continue straight around the roundabout.
- Take a left at the first light onto North French
- PRO TIP IF THERE IS HEAVY TRAFFIC: Take a left on Briar Rose
- When you reach Wellington you will see LONGBRANCH condo complex in front of you.
- Take a right on Wellington.
- Halfway down the block, turn left into the parking garage.
Parking: The parking spot for 101 is to your left as you enter the garage (closest spot to the
grey double doors which is the entrance to the condo entrance).
- To get there, however, it is easiest to circumnavigate the garage (straight to dead end in the garage, straight to the end of the garage, take a left and go to the end, take another left and go straight. You will then be the 101 spot right in front of you.and come back at it so it is easy to park.
- You will see a small sign that says 101. That is your spot!
- Note: at the back of the garage you will pass an area with luggage haulers and another elevator.
- We recommend finding your parking spot, going to the condo and getting in.
- However, you may wish to pull back around to this area depending on how much stuff you have!
PRO TIP: The garage is heated - and the parking spot is super close to the condo and right on the way to the mountain. - You can then either take the stairs up one flight or take the elevator which is just around the corner.
- The front door to unit 101 is on the first floor at about 10 o’clock as you exit the elevator or stairwell.

Washer / Dryer:
- We are happy to report, we now have an in-unit washer dryer!! Detergent and dryer sheets should be in cabinet to the right of the machines - but we are 1,500 miles away and can no guarantee. We suggest a quick inventory before shopping for other items ;-)

What else to expect: Currently, we provide you with enough supplies for a weekend:
- Paper products: towels and TP
- Shampoo / body wash (large format to be eco friendly)
- Freshly laundered linens and towels
- Kitchen "stuff"
Kitchen Cookware:
- When renovating we thought it would be a good idea to go with an INDUCTION stove-top It is super safe - but does require special cookware. We provide that - but you can't bring you own (which would really be silly, anyway).
- PRO TIP: Use the same size pan as the burner you are using - for the induction to work at it's best.
TV's:
- There are three TV's.
- They are connected to Cable TV
- Apps: log into whatever app you want
- The living room TV will also swivel so you can watch from the dining area.
Shopping:
- The main market in town is City Market, There is also a liquor store there. You can get directions via your phone. It is about a 5 minute drive.
- Within a 3 minute walk there is the Breckenridge Market and Liquor. Just walk outside (street where you entered the parking garage and walk toward the ski mountain. Walk to Main St., the store is on your left.

- Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
- Please empty the coffee maker of used grinds.
- Please drop garbage in dumpster (near the garage entrance)

In preparation, you should
- Start drinking more water than usual, starting a few days before your trip.
- If flying in, we recommend you layover in Denver or some other high altitude location if you are coming in from a much lower elevation.
- Don’t over-exert yourself when you first arrive in Breckenridge.
- Limit alcohol intake – at least until you get used to the altitude…
- Eat light, easily digestible foods, especially the day before arriving.
- It is recommended to NOT take ANTIHISTAMINES. They simply dry you out.
NOTE: YOU WILL BE ON THE BLUE ROUTE
- We usually walk to and from the gondola. However, the bus does go right by the complex and is very easy (if you want to save your energy for the mountain). Besides, the walk back home is up-hill. Also, you may want to go to a different lift etc...
CATCHING THE FREE SHUTTLE STOP TO GO TO THE GONDOLA:
- Longbranch is just a few steps to bus-stop #25 at the intersection of Wellington and French.
- You pick the bus up right in front of the FIRESIDE INN.
- To get to the bus stop, it is easiest to go down to where your car is parked in the garage.
- PRO TIP: We recommend keeping your skis/boards - and even your boots in your car. It is a heated garage :-)
- Walk out of the garage (the way you drove in)
- Take a left and head toward the ski mountain.
- The first corner is where you pick the bus up.
- First pickup is 8:10 and then every 20 minutes.
- It will dropped off at Breckenridge Station / the gondola... it is about a 5 minute ride.
TAKING THE BUS FROM THE GONDOLA BACK TO LONGBANCH
- They leave the "Station" on the hour
- Exit the gondola and walk straight to the front of the bus station (AKA Breckenridge Station)
- You will board the BLUE bus in front of the station - NOT THE ROUNDABOUT
- The bus is not Blue - it's just a sign above the driver.
- TIP: The buses in the roundabout take you to Frisco, Silverthorn, etc...
- To get dropped at Longbanch - tell the driver you would like the first stop.
- TIP: The driver only stops is somebody requests the stop.
- The drop-off location is a little further of a walk.
- Essentially, walk back to the FIRESIDE INN, take right and drop gear at car.
TO QUICKSILVER LIFT:
- Get on the buss at bus-stop 3 (French & Lincoln) and get off at 11 (Park Ave. Lofts)
- Cross street and now you are in the Village
TO BEAVER RUN:
