Dog Sledding:

Picture
Our dog sled tours begin with our guides explaining the operations of the sleds and how to handle the beautiful Siberian Huskies we run. We offer a 6-mile relay tour through the Middle Fork of the Swan River, which can handle up to 6 people. The tour is run as a "relay"; all guests will switch off between running the dogs, riding in the dogsled, and riding on a small passenger sleigh with the guide. The tour runs for a little more than an hour stopping along the way for everyone to trade places. The guests on the sleigh have the opportunity to take great action shots and video of the people on the dog sled. This tour is a unique and interactive way to experience dog sledding and Good Times Adventures is the only local provider.  Due to the nature of the sport, children under 3 years and women who are pregnant are not recommended.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • A signed liability agreement is required prior to the tour.
  • Reservations are required.
  • 50% of tour price is retained for any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, 72 hours notice is required for groups of ten or more.
