Note about "Private Hot Tubs": Our large 1BR / 2BA unit does have a jetted tub in the master bath which people love. However, there is no "hot tub" on our deck. However, a quick elevator ride up two flights gets you to a huge resort hot tub - that you will probably have to yourself...
Lastly - A note about comparing "our unit" to a management run unit:
1) Cleanliness: We wash our comforter covers after each guest. Management does not do that.
2) Kitchen appliances: Ours have been 100% updated to stainless steel.
3) Beds: King "tempur-Pedic" bed on mechanical base...? (yes - we are not kidding you).
4) Free Netflix (and lots of channels) in both living and bedroom
5) Wash/Dryer: We have updated ours to new front load "high capacity" "high efficiency"
