Pros & Cons of 2/2 at Longbranch

Book it now with Vacasa
REALLY - who else gives you this type of information?  However, we feel it is the most important information we can provide.  We want to under-promise and over deliver...

Pros

1)   Walk to the Gondola or take Free Shuttle
2)   Walk to Main St. in a minute or two
3)   Building has 70 units (just large enough to have some great amenities)
4)   Heated underground parking (primo spot)
5)   Easy elevator access to the unit
6)   Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna
7)   Large entrance in the unit for stowing gear
8)   Tempur-Pedic beds / power bases (Wife want's to sleep while you do a little work on the laptop?  No problem!!  She can sleep flat, while you sit up in 100% comfort)
9)   Great kitchen and utensils (Henkel knives, Cuisinart Cookware, etc...)
10)  Great layout (seating for 8 around the dining table.  Great for playing games, etc...)
11)  Great electronics (LED TV's in the living room and bedrooms)
12)  All granite countertops
13)  Rustic contemporary decor
14)  etc...

Cons

1)   It's a condo.  Expect to hear noise from other units from time to time.
2)  Views are decent from the deck off the dining area.  In the summer, they will be a mostly obscured due to the foliage on the trees.
3)  It is Wellington.  A busy road so expect to hear some traffic.
4)  Some guest have been disappointed with the buildings concrete courtyard.
5)  The building has gone through a multimillion dollar renovation, however, it is not glass and chrome.  If you are looking for that - perhaps explore The Village @ Breckenridge (usually for twice the price).
