House rules
Common sense is our best policy :-) However, to be more specific...
- No pets / no smoking: Guest in violation will forfeit their security deposit, will be evicted from the property and will be required to pay any remediation fees.
- No Rowdiness: We are all about fun – but please keep in mind that there are adjoined units. As our neighbors try to keep the noise down – so should you. Upon second report of noise abuse, we will evict.
- You must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy: You may be asked to verify age at check-in. If you cannot produce adequate proof, you will be turned away and any monies paid will be retained.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited: It is grounds for immediate eviction and or a call to the police.
- Hot-Tub Maintenance: If there is a hot tub on the deck of your unit, it does get maintained and balanced once a week. We have little control over the times and dates of our weekly hot tub maintenance schedule. These third party staff are licensed and bonded. They will knock loudly. However, if nobody answers they do have the right to let themselves in and balance the hot-tub. They will be in and out as quick as possible.
- Owner or Owner’s Agent: May enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency (plumbing, electrical, report of a problem, disturbance, etc.) – or with 24 hours notice, for normal maintenance.
