First of all - this is a very unique Breckenridge property. There are 4 townhome units in this very small complex. We now own two of them. The door on the furthest right is our first Unit in this property. It has a slightly steeper slope than the unit on the left, our newest unit.
The good news is that this building was built on a little knoll and provides you unobstructed views of the Breckenridge ski resort - and much of the town. The bad news (in the winter) is that the parking is on a slope. It can be difficult to park there - especially for those not used to driving in the snow.

Additional Notes:
- Tie goes to unit 1: Nobody last year (2012/2013 ski season) used the underground parking. However, if there were two units vying for it - the tie would have to go to unit 1 with the slightly steeper slope.
- Wear sturdy shoes: Also, the walk up the drive will be a little bit of a challenge when snow and ice are present. You should be sure-footed, wearing shoes with good tread - and not afraid of walking in snow / slippery conditions.
- Look for the most gentle slope: You will rarely if ever have to walk down the driveway. When heading to and from the mountain, simply walk along the front of the
complex and around the side of the building. You will see a path forged by other guests in the complex.
